FREE Shipping & Delivery on orders OVER $35!

Unlike many other LED web sites, WholesaleLED.com offers FREE shipping on all domestic (Continental US only) orders placed on our website over $35. A true no-brainer! Orders to Alaska and Hawaii and international orders may be subject to shipping a flat shipping charge.  

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you. We make every effort to process your order quickly. You can expect to receive your order within 4-7 business days. Should your product be on backorder, we will contact you to discuss partial shipments, substation or cancelation on your order.

No Tax

WholesaleLED.com does not charge sales tax on all domestic orders except for CA residents.

Wholesale LED values your privacy. All personal information will be kept confidential and will not be released to third parties without your permission. Your payment information is processed and stored securly by Paypal.

Returns & Replacements

WholesaleLED.com wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, please return within 30 days of receipt*. We will offer you a full refund (minus any shipping or handling costs). Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing form of payment: credit card, PayPal account, or a store credit. You may be required to ship the products back to WholesaleLED prior to receiving a refund.  Please call 1-855-946-5533 between 10AM to 6PM (PST) Monday-Friday, for further instructions. Please have the name used on the purchase and the order number available.

*This policy does not apply to special orders, which may not be refunded at WholesaleLED's discretion. 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Currently, we are offering FREE domestic shipping for purchases over $35.

Except where noted otherwise, the list price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere.  The list price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.  For certain items that are offered as a set, the list price may represent “open-stock” prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set.

With respect to items sold by WholesaleLED, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced.  If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Guarantees

Wholesale LED guarantees all LED light bulbs for 5 years from date of purchase or 40,000 hours of use*. Warranted products that prove to be defective will be replaced or refunded at our option and discretion following examination.  Products that have been installed incorrectly, mishandled, and/or used on incompatible systems are not covered by any warranty and shall void any implied or express warranty.

*If you purchased on or before 2/6/2012, your 10 year (40,000 hour) replacement guarantee will still be honored.
